My ultimate goal is to instill hope in those who may feel lost and to empower clients to uncover their inner strength. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and unlock the potential for a brighter, more fulfilling future.

As a dedicated and compassionate registered psychologist, I am committed to guiding individuals towards healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is informed by trauma-sensitive practices, and I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.

Specializing in addressing a wide array of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, self-esteem, body image struggles, grief/loss, adjustment to life transitions, and trauma, I draw from both professional expertise and personal experience. Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I bring a great sense of empathy and understanding to my work, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level.

In my practice, I prioritize collaboration and empowerment, recognizing clients as the experts in their own lives. I cultivate a safe, non-judgmental environment where difficult topics can be explored with comfort and trust. Building this trust requires patience and commitment, qualities I am dedicated to embodying while embarking on each client's journey towards healing. With my experience as a psychologist, I offer professional guidance and support tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their well-being.

Beyond the therapeutic setting, I am deeply engaged in my own mental health journey, where I am constantly growing and adapting to changes. I am a fellow human-being attempting to navigate the complexities of the human experience. My life has not been without significant challenges; however, these personal challenges have fortified my resilience and fostered a new found appreciation for life's precious moments. As a result, I have a strong passion for guiding others towards healing and growth. Engaging in activities such as dance, yoga, and spending time with loved ones greatly enriches my life and fuels my inner strength.
